The Alpaca Registry

Alpaca Owner Members If you own a live alpaca that is eligible for registration, and you complete all necessary requirements for the registration of that alpaca, you are a Member of the Registry. Each Member and his or her immediate family is assigned a single Owner Code that also serves as an account number.

As a Member, you are responsible for accurate record keeping of all births, deaths, breedings and transfers of ownership of alpacas for which you are the owner of record, and for promptly furnishing the Registry with this information. You are also responsible for keeping the Registry advised of your current mailing address at all times.

You are entitled to run for election to the Board, petition the Board, and you will receive Registry publications.
